About Me

I am a DELTA-qualified, experienced teacher of English as a Foreign Language. For almost 15 years, from 2008 to 2020, I taught English at Kings Oxford, a highly regarded private language school in Oxford. Since 2020 I have been on maternity leave after having two children, I have combined part-time teaching with childcare, and I am currently building up a practice of online one-to-one teaching since relocating to Gloucestershire in September 2024.

As a materials writer, I have contributed to several coursebooks, online learning sites, and English teaching magazines. I also create free materials to share with other teachers.

I provide proofreading and copyediting services, particularly for university students and academics whose first language is not English.
